Use Bookstack responsibly

Bookstack is intended for personal use related to books and reading. Don’t use it to abuse, disrupt, hack, or otherwise interfere with the service or other users.

Your content

You own the original content you add to Bookstack, including reviews, notes, and other material you create.

By adding content to Bookstack, you give us permission to store and display that content as necessary to provide the service and make Bookstack work.

Don’t add content that you don’t have the right to use, or that is illegal, abusive, or intended to harm others.

Your account

You are responsible for your Bookstack account and for activity associated with it. Because Bookstack uses Google to sign in, keeping your Google account secure is important.

We may suspend or remove an account or content if it is being used to abuse the service or violate these terms.

The service

We’ll do our best to keep Bookstack running and your information safe, but we can’t promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from bugs.

Bookstack is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes

Bookstack may change, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
